Instead, we work with you, using our extensive experience to tailor our process and chemistry to fit your end application. Temperature, humidity, size, millage, gloss and intended use are among the many factors carefully considered before determining ideal powder formulation and cure time. Special additives may also be used to provide extra protection. For example, slipping agents like Teflon® further harden the finish and prevent staining, while other additives offer antimicrobial properties or increase resistance to abrasions, saltwater spray, fading in UV light, or other problems.
