Abcor has developed a proprietary program to carefully monitor statistical process control (SPC) data throughout the powder coating process. Tracking and recording multiple variables during the run allows us to make adjustments as necessary, ensuring a finish of the highest possible quality for every customer. The SPC chart for each project will be provided, upon client request.
ResiliColor’s Quality is Proven. The quality of finish is further verified by destructive testing performed at the beginning and end of every project, as well as periodically throughout longer runs. Environmental testing by a third party is also available for clients who request more extensive information on the finished product’s field performance regarding resistance to temperature, humidity, sunlight, aging and salt spray.
